Yesterday I spent the day at the Dallas Flea, sitting in my booth and chatting with customers- both new and returning. One of the best conversations- and the one that left me with a huge grin was with Cindy. Her son Jack was one of the first to get his hands on one of the wooligans. I remember watching Jack ride on his Dad’s shoulders at last year’s fall Dallas Flea hanging on to that wooligan. It was one of those times you really wish you had your camera in hand. This year she checked back in with me to tell me that Jack named his wooligan Grumpkins and that he has held up very well- in spite of going everywhere with Jack and sleeping in bed with him every night. What an honor to have something you have made be so loved by a child. Now that is something to be proud of!!
