El Dia De Los Muertos or Day of the Dead celebration in Texas is one of those wonderful cross cultural connections that we have going on around here. Where in other parts of the country Halloween is the name for the celebration at the end of October- we get to choose- or just participate in both, or as sometimes happens- just do a mash up of the two and call it a day (of the dead). Soooo, here are some little ladies and gents that I have been working on in honor of that upcoming event. I will most likely take a few of these pins with me to all the shows this fall. Because for some of us, skulls just never go out of fashion.
