I’m in Athens Georgia this week helping to create a little curb appeal at my sister’s house. It is for sale and is cute as a bug. As we buzz about town I am finding the chrysanthemum wherever we seem to go. The flower is like the one she painted on the door of my studio and is her own personal community beautification project around here. Today she is going to take me on a tour so I can photograph the flower in their various incarnations around town. This is one she painted around the corner from her house, greeting everyone as they enter the neighborhood.
this is on the door of a renovated church that is home to an apartment and two artist studios.
